Fees paid for company claims, verifications, or related services are non-refundable.

Once payment is made via PayNow or any other payment method, no refunds, chargebacks, or reversals will be issued under any circumstances.

7. PayNow and Payment Responsibility

SG Directory does not act as a payment intermediary between users and listed companies. Any PayNow information displayed is for reference only and does not constitute a confirmation of payment capability or ownership.

Users are solely responsible for verifying payment details before making any payment.

8. Right to Modify Service

SG Directory reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website or services at any time without notice.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
